Dr. Osman Ceylan received his B.S, M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in Electronics Engineering from Istanbul
Technical University, Istanbul, Turkey in 2006, 2009, and 2015, respectively. He also worked as a
teaching and research assistant in the Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering of the same
university between 2009 and 2015. During his Ph.D. study, he worked in the cube and small satellite
projects, high power transmission systems, and satellite communications. He was a researcher at Japan
Aerospace Agency (JAXA) from 2012 to 2013. He was with Ampleon BV in the Netherlands from 2016 to
2019, where he has designed high power RF devices, MMICs, IPDs, and amplifiers as a member of
Advanced Concepts and Systems Team. In 2019, he joined Maury Microwave Corporation, Ontario, CA,
as a Senior Applications Engineer. His current research interests are high power device characterization,
load-pull techniques, calibration methods, and high power amplifier design. He is a member of IEEE and
MTTs since 2009. He has authored more than 60 peer-reviewed papers.
